Before you send anything back: email us first with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions. Parcels sent without prior notice may not be processed.
Condition: items must come back unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with tags, hygiene liners and original packaging intact. Refunds may be reduced for items returned worn, washed or without tags.
Shipping: return postage is yours to cover, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. We recommend a tracked service.
